to the Township of Perry,
the gateway to the Almaguin Highlands and Northern
Ontario! Our wonderful municipality offers

Council is currently working with Municipal
Staff in order to update the Property
Standards By-law. The proposed Property Standards By-law
will be presented at the Regular Meeting
of Council on Wednesday, May
15th, 2013.
Members of the Public may submit their comments
on the proposed By-law on or before May
31st, 2013, in order that Council may discuss comments
at their Regular Meeting of June
5th, 2013.
After such time, the proposed By-law will
be presented to Council for adoption on Wednesday,
June 19th, 2013.

Council
adopted the Official Plan on April 3, 2013.
An application has been made to the Minister
of Municipal Affairs for approval of the
Official Plan. Upon approval of the Official
Plan by the Minister of Municipal Affairs,
the Official Plan that was adopted on July
30, 1993 will be repealed. Please contact
the Municipal Office for further information.
